Yo no soy partidaria de hacerlo en casa por el trabajo que da y comprando todos los ingredientes, en precio no te ahorras nada! Pero mas de una me lo hab\u00e9is preguntado as\u00ed que ah\u00ed va la receta de <strong>fondant casero con nubes de az\u00facar<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cucuruchoparty.com\/tienda\/wp-content\/uploads\/nubes_blancas.png\" alt=\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Te cuento los<strong> ingredientes y utensilios <\/strong>que necesitas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300g de nubes de az\u00facar. Intenta que sean blancas. Ten en cuenta que el fondant saldr\u00e1 del color de las nubes que uses<\/li>\n<li>600g de az\u00facar glas. Tam\u00edzalo bien antes para conseguir la textura perfecta y que no se note el az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>25g de grasa vegetal. Lo ideal es crisco que es incoloro e ins\u00edpido pero si no tienes, puedes utilizar mantequilla. Intenta que sea blanca como la de Pascual o la del Mercadona para que el color del fondant sea m\u00e1s puro.<\/li>\n<li>Colorante alimenticio en gel y un palillo. Esto s\u00f3lo lo necesitas si quieras hacer un color en concreto<\/li>\n<li>1 recipiente de cristal<\/li>\n<li>Film transparente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Y ahora, <strong>c\u00f3mo prepararlo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.- Unta la grasa vegetal (o mantequilla) en el recipiente de cristal y a\u00f1ade las nubes<\/p>\n<p>2.- Cubre las nubes con el resto de grasa vegetal (o mantequilla)<\/p>\n<p>3.- Introd\u00facelo en el microondas durante el tiempo necesario para derretirlas. El tiempo var\u00eda mucho en funci\u00f3n de la potencia del microondas. En el m\u00edo, 2 minutos es suficiente pero si no se han derretido del todo, pon m\u00e1s tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>4.- Si vas a querer te\u00f1ir el fondant, a\u00f1ade el colorante en gel con ayuda de un palillo\u2026la cantidad en funci\u00f3n de la intensidad que quieras darle al color.<\/p>\n<p>5.- A\u00f1ade el az\u00facar glas y amasa hasta que la mezcla sea homog\u00e9nea.<\/p>\n<p>6.- Haz una bola y envu\u00e9lvela con film transparente<\/p>\n<p>7.- Dejala reposar y en 24 horas estar\u00e1 lista para usar!<\/p>\n<p>Si te atreves a hacerlo, cu\u00e9ntame tu experiencia y si crees que merece la pena hacerlo en casa \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se pueden hacer dos tipos de fondant casero, con nubes o con az\u00facar glass.
